BUSINESSES STRONG

COVID Recovery Revolving Loans through the ECICOG Revolving Loan Fund are established by the East Central Iowa Council of Governments (ECICOG) to assist new and existing businesses within our six-county region expand, especially those seeking assistance to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic. These loans provide access to capital as gap financing that enables small businesses to grow and lead to new employment opportunities with competitive wages and benefits. ​Any new or expanding business in Benton, Iowa, Johnson, Jones, Linn, or Washington Counties may apply.

Robust, local business is vital to the health of our communities. Please help us spread the word about ECICOG's Revolving Loan Fund programs. We encourage you to utilize the materials available on this page for download as you talk with businesses in our six-county area you think could benefit from these services. Please encourage any business contacts to the resource center if they require assistance in business planning or the application process's financial preparation.
