​Revolving Loan Funds (RLFs) are business loans administered by ECICOG to assist new or existing businesses with gap funding to develop and expand.
Businesses that are funded through these programs create jobs and a more diverse and resilient regional economy. All of the loans are administered by ECICOG and each has different requirements and available funds.

CEDAR RAPIDS MICRO LOAN
A micro loan is a small, short-term loan for businesses. Micro loans were developed to help small businesses grow, but they can alsohelp businesses looking to make minor changes to further their business goals. Loans from $500 to $10,000 dollars are available.
Cedar Rapids developed the MICRO loan program, administered by ECICOG, to assist businesses in the Cedar Rapids city limits.​
