APPLY
SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FORM
Complete the form online or by downloading and returning your completed application to our office. Your application will be evaluated for completeness and forwarded to our loan review committee. Applications received before the last business day of the month will be considered by the committee at the next month's meeting. At this time, the maximum capacity is four applications to be reviewed each month.

REVIEW
The loan review committee meets on the third Thursday of each month. The committee evaluates the application and makes recommendations to the East Central Iowa Council of Governments Board of Directors.

APPROVAL
The East Central Iowa Council of Governments Board of Directors acts on the Loan Review Committee’s recommendation. Approved applications begin the loan closing process. This includes preparation of the loan closing documents and scheduling of a loan closing date.

The East Central Iowa Council of Governments (ECICOG) is an intergovernmental council established in 1973 under Chapter 28E and provided for under Chapter 28H of the Code of Iowa.
Governed by a board of directors comprised of elected officials and private citizens, ECICOG was created to promote regional cooperation and to provide professional planning services to local governments in our region.
